Don't use terms like Caucasian when you don't know what it means. Arabs, and many north africans, and indians(many of which have pitch black skin) are caucasians.
As far as jesus's actually appearance... we only have one description of one of his ancestors. King david -- who was a "fair and ruddy" , AKA a pale redhead.
