im agreeing with you for me ideally i wanted like 1.5k for both and that looked possible because we were hitting 2k+ on green but after the split teal is down to like 400 average people with a dead ec tunnel, even good zones like mistmoore are empty and dead it just sucks overall
they need to be merged ASAP i've seen this population rot trajectory on red99 and it does not fix itself let me tell you
