The problem is that many forms of IQ measurement are heavily slanted towards linguistics and memorization. The dumbest of women can score well in these areas. Other forms of testing are weighted heavily towards advanced fields of math where only compartmentalized, retard savants are going to be able to compete (ie: aspergers).
Since the children of high IQ couples seem to regress to the mean of their long genetic history (race), the only longterm, meaningful application of IQ testing would be to find out which racial groups consistently perform poorly or below average and enact a plan of sterilization or genocide to prevent them from dragging down the rest of the human race. An alternative would be to isolate them on their own continent/planet.
The article also mentions that the high IQ children "matured" earlier. This is an ambiguous term that doesn't mean anything in the context they use it but most of what I've seen says the exact opposite. African children learn how to walk earlier and seem to mature sexually the fastest while having the lowest IQ, Caucasians are right in the middle, North East Asians develop the slowest, walk last, and seem to have the highest IQ on the bell curve that I've seen.

IQ has nothing to do with self preservation. If you live in a country and someone tries establishing a state within a state and undermines your interests, people tend to react violently and expel you. Jews have been expelled from 79 different countries, many such as Spain multiple times. The Nazis were hardly doing anything new here. People don't want their economic and political systems infiltrated and taken over by alien, mafia groups that extort the ethnocentric majority they care nothing about.
