I think so too, but people are already on Green.
This, and many other MMOs, have shown thay people play because of a community and dont invest time into two servers or games. Players will pick either green over blue, wow classic over p99, or whatever.
My point is, there's nothing to come back to blue for because the community has already left.

Yeah just look at the official eq servers. They churn and burn servers and every new one quickly halves the old server, and then it dies off gradually as the holdouts realize community interaction is what makes eq addictive .
