Cool chant isn’t in game yet and he’s too big to hit with AoE dots. It would be a long and arduous fight of attrition with multiple charmed mobs that break every 18 seconds.

Except you can't charm anything over level 37.. so have fun with that. It takes 2 hill giants to get Broog down to 90% life and he is only level 45.
