Lol I'd love to hear about weaponry and war tactics from a stay at home bookkeeper that does not believe in the right to self defense with a semi automatic rifle.
My rifles are the same calibers as many rifles out there. They are the same caliber as in use by military's across the world. If you hit your target, it has the same effect. If you think some foreign military is going to just nuke the shit out of someone, it just shows how naive you are. There is something called mutually assured destruction when it comes to nukes and an agreement that is kept between the largest nations. No one gets a nuke off before the other one sends theirs too.
If someone were to invade whether domestic or foreign, you need to establish ground forces. With 40 million+ armed civilians, it is very hard to invade the large land mass that we have and when you have guerrilla forces of even a modest 5 million causing havoc. Most standing military's are no where near that size.
