Not really. You have over 20 reps retiring, 16 of those being a pure retirement (not seeking another job). Being that we aren't even in 2020 yet, it kind of suggest there is a lack of confidence in retaking the house.
Also Hunter plead guilty to a felony and potentially faces 5 years.
Optimism is nice but try to be mildly realistic.
