Like I get it, you were doing something nice by SoWing some guy in Rivervale. You could return by the time mobs respawned. In a civilized world there would be no problem here.

But EQ is a competitive game with lots of players, limited camps, and no instancing. You can't blame the guy for taking the opportunity of a nice open camp. I'm sure if the roles were reversed then you would become the elf lawyer.

Also, you then returned to the camp that you abandoned, and started harassing the guy in tells and by messing with his pulls.

OP case is a sympathetic one, but he was definitely the one in the wrong here.
What if you get trained and die because of the person who inevitably took your camp while you were heading back ? Had this happen to me the other day.
