If you want a system that allows sleep just make the list order juggle based on aggregate time spent on the list.
If 3 people are at the camp and they’ve spent a total of 20 hours, 15 hours and 5 hours at the camp, if a Manastone drops the person with 20 hours gets it. But if he instead logs off, and the other two people spend 10 hours at the camp. Then those people have 25 hours and 15 hours total spent there and if a Manastone drops, the guy with 25 hours gets it. But if a guy with 50 hours at the camp shows up, he would become #1 on the list.
This is the most healthy way of handling the camp and arguably the most classic. The more repetitions you put into a camp for a single item, the more likely you are to see that single item.
Just let people stack up hours on the list if they wish to. Currently unless you’ve cleared 2-3+ days of your schedule in advance you have no reason to list. Which is mostly due to the broken drop rate but still, I think an aggregate time spent on the list is what should determine your position.
