Going AFK for over half an hour and calling someone out for taking the camp you were neglecting is kind of a dick move, IMO. Can't say I blame someone for saying something in that situation.
Clearly the issue wasn't whether they could hold the camp down on their own.

I'm sorry, I was referring to a different situation then OP's. No, I completely agree, if you afk for 30min, you ain't camping nothing but, in that case, his wife. Honestly, most folks are pretty scared just to go sell, at the more popular places.
