Default Thex Dagger- DE Agnostic Wizard - KOS in Flewithe/highkeep?
So, I am wanting to take my new-to-mmo husband (Geezer) to do the Thex Dagger quest. He got lvl 4, so he can gate. Anyway, would he be KOS in Felwithe or Highpass/Highkeep being an Agnostic Dark Elf wizard? Or should I just have him make a high elf.
