Teydar, part of the SK epic and on TrueSpirit faction, is currently spawning in Qeynos Catacombs.
Earliest Alla post is Oct 2000 (shortly after epics), so he should perhaps not exist until then in the timeline.

This guy is not on the same faction system as nearly everything else in the Necro guild in qeynos, was wondering if anyone knew what faction he is?
