I've put in a petition request too. My wife, son, and I all want to play. I started playing in 2000 and my wife and I only had 1 account. Once my son was born (mid 2002) we stopped playing because we didn't feel we had the time.
I've played eq2 with my son recently, but my wife would never play. I told her about P99 and she seems on board. So I'm hoping that the 3 of us can play together.
