I found an old thread that apparently does the same thing. However, yours is much more updated apparently. Not sure if you took a look at some of the edits in the following thread. It may be useful.

Also can you take a look at fanfare1 fanfare2 fanfare3 etc..? Currently it plays over and over and OVER again if you are sitting outside certain cities. |
I replaced many of the default sounds with custom sounds. like the thunder sounds is now something you would listen to when trying to fall asleep. same goes for nighttime sounds and ocean sounds.
