All your points may be valid, everybody has his own way but:

This server has these rules and people are playing here because they want these rules.

So no reason to want them to be changed.

If i don't like the Pizza at an italien restaurant, i move somewhere else and not ask the chef to make mine different becaus other costumers wouldn't recognize that mine tastes different.

The cook ends up making different recipes for every costumer.

Thats the reason why things are as they are.

Why do you want somebody else changing something for you that it fits more to you then instead going to some place you enjoy more?
Changing things other like and would make them leave?
