Just curious what meds you take? I would talk to your doc and ask him about someones for personality disorders specifically antisocial personality disorder and help with whats an obvious case of Narcissistic personality disorder,

A lot of those cluster-B pd's don't respond to medication; they do with CBT and DBT but it's a long and difficult process because the person with the pd really has to want to do something about it.
