I just did "/ count all 30 50" and got:
[Thu Oct 31 12:23:50 2019] There are 3 players in EverQuest.
And a second later did "/ all 30 50" and got:
[Thu Oct 31 12:23:51 2019] There are no players in EverQuest that match those who filters.
It's easily testable and repeatable. It's people on login screen accounting for the difference between the home page count and the ingame / count all. But the command does see players who are using anon or rp.
