Probably login screen, which I am sitting on right now.
First day that showed everybody on login screen even though 0 were in game.
You can test /who all count all you want and you can add the numbers up and it works.
/who all 30 35 get like 2 results, who all count 30 35 it will go up , then you can do each number and math works.
/who all 15 druid shows 2 people.
/who all count 15 druid shows 5 people.
I am a 15 druid. I turned off/on anon and role, I show on the count all every time.
Perhaps there is some other pseudo random variable that counts and does not count the staff could indulge, but role/anon are for sure counted.
