As an idea for Blue, in addition to any custom content it would be cool for the Kunark-intended quests to be finished. The last shackle, last cudgel, last pike, and last skullcap (I believe) were all seem intended for kunark like Greenmist was. Would be cool to see some classic content fixed on blue.

I think those quests and the 8th Shawl are
very obvious custom content targets. But there's two things that might make them never happen.
First, the staff doesn't like redoing Verant's work: that's been their "homework" for ten years, and now a huge part of custom content is that they
don't have to
re-create anything: they get to just
create.
So problem #1 is that everyone will expect the Verant version of those quests, but the staff will very much NOT want to make that version (and if they do make a custom one, everyone will complain that it's not Verant's version).
Then there's problem #2, which is that the staff undoubtedly has their own ideas of what they want to make, and it's very unlikely to be a few quests that everyone "knows the ending to" already.
Again, there's a lot to be said
for custom endings to those quests ... just also a fair amount against.
