Blue will be fine until Green hits Kunark, at that point Blue will be taken off life support and the influx of new players will come to a dramatic and crashing halt and the house of cards will come crashing down to red levels of population. The large population hit on Blue has already happened. It will go through ebbs and flows with content patches on Green but people still on Blue are obviously in it for the long haul. Blue players that wanted to go Green would have done that already, for the most part. I also disagree that it will never be what it once was. If Green does actually roll into Blue at the end of the patch cycle Blue is going to be the place to be.
