The counts aren't skewed because of leveling locations, if you do a who all the most popular classes on P1999 are Druid, Enchanter, Shaman and Cleric. People know the server is going to be super crowded so they're going with the most able to solo or the most group friendly. Every group out there is dying for a tank right now.

Not the cases. Equal amounts of people are druids and enchanters and slightly less necros.
