In your mid to upper teens you can get an orc group in Highpass,
Shiny Brass Halberd isn't too rare and it's a respectable weapon for awhile (much better than Bloodforge Hammer). Can also get some nice WR bags (
Shralok Pack). Big upgrade to backpacks.
Of course there's also
Polished Granite Tomahawk nearby also but that's a bit rarer than the Halberd.
I grouped with a guy with Fang of the Wolf last night, so it can't be too bad. Ratio is slightly better than a Giant Snake Fang and it's magic, so it'll last you awhile. Especially if you're a rogue.
