Default Zone Load Progress Bar messes with Display
Would it be possible to consider getting the zone load overlay moved back to where it was a couple patches ago?

Now I get a massive flicker and sometimes it makes things on my desktop "pop through".

When it was the red progress bar, it was fine.
But now, it seems to be the blue progress bar and I get flicker all over the place.

I have an ACER computer monitor (not a TV).
Current Nvidia drivers for my 1050.
