Have practiced quests a ton in south qeynos. on blue and green beta over the last few weeks, with hundreds of other people

Quests are not giving Exp. Kwint's Quest, Behroe and Aenia, etc. It prints EXP message but gives not EXP. I got exp a few times out of >20 turn ins.
