I used to box back in the day but only when the server population got so bad it became difficult to find groups. I even hired two merc tanks to make a one player four person group. It was pretty pathetic and I eventually quit altogether.
My fear right now is that once green launches the blue servers population will be reduced to Raiders, EC tunnel bots and cash camp whores. If that happens then my ranger can maybe solo a little but my paladin is screwed if there is no one around to group with.
Time will tell I guess.

You see. Exactly what you said is something I experienced not too long ago on the Blue server. There are less people to group with, to get / trade buffs.
Now yes, I have the exact same fear for Blue. To be frank with you.
However, truth be told... Seeing how the numbers dwindled due to recent patches, I fear that even Green, as hyped as it will be for a moment because it will be for obvious reasons, will not be as much of a hit considering the same rules enforced in the Blue will affect the Green.
It's just a shame, at least to me, that a great game such as this is being perverted simply because many people are complaining over trivial things and Devs answer with something that literally makes a part of the player base quit.
That is my fear.
I always come back to P99 one way or another. But the reality is that if the poor decisions rule over the good ones... then I too, as many others did, will take my leave. And I'll patiently wait for other MMOs.
Simply put, I just feel like Devs and the community should openly discuss about what Everquest Classic was and restore it. I can only imagine as a Dev, how putrid the feeling must be once a project you worked for years become spoiled.
I fear that P99 will eventually die out. With less people playing, there are a less % chance of having donations. Less donations... well. The math is rather simple there.
I'm frankly just worried.
