To provide a bit more information, green has been locked to a classic UI, and some features that you're probably used to have been disabled. You can't cycle through nearest npc's, duck to stop casting, see dot dmg ticks, etc.
Just pointing this out so you don't think it's a bug when you go to do a thing and you can't do that thing.
