I have gotten four https://wiki.project1999.com/Sarnak_Earring_of_Station total for two characters. No matter where you go you will be at it for quite awhile unless you are very lucky. The best spot IMO is the Sarnak Fort in LoIO. It has a chance to drop off the caster Sarnaks (adherents, revealers, Gem Oracles) and you might even get lucky and by killing the Sarnak Legionnaire's it might yield you a https://wiki.project1999.com/Bracer_of_the_Hidden.
