Most quests are marked with an era, and most of the ones that are marked "Classic" will be there at launch.

As for the ones that won't (because they get added later, sometime before Kunark ...) you'll have to either do research (in the forum or on http://wiki.project1999.com/Patch_Notes) or wait and find out.
