Luckily the P99 GMs are quite active. Anyone who seems to be leveling too fast and/or acquiring too much coin on Green99 will probably be caught and banned.
Obviously tracking player levels is very easy for them, and this is an assumption, but I reckon they have some kinda tool that lets them monitor the coin/tiem acquisition of players as well.
