Do you have any other accounts you could try logging in with? This was an account specific issue for one poster with the same debug error you're getting.
ipconfig /flushdns seemed to fix it for a a lot of others.
One poster had it resolved by updating their router's firmware.
A few people reported issues with P99 having issues with AT&T.
This could be an issue with something your ISP has put into place, but there's no good way to know if this is the case without just calling them.
