Green Beta is up!
There are a number of systems we are still working on. The point of Beta is to allow people to play the base game and make sure that everything that should be locked out is working correctly.
Experience rate has been increased 10x.
Boxing is allowed on the Beta Server.
You will need Files 50e to play on Beta, but you can use 50e on both servers.
Please report any issues in the Green Bug Forum.

As for needing to separate folders, you shouldn't eventually, but I think right now maybe the latest beta patches break Blue. They did for me, but I'm on Linux so I'm weird; YMMV.
