It's going to be EC.

My live server was Brell, and the default trade zone was Gfay for a good year or so into the servers life. Then people making evil race characters started posting up in EC and there was a shift in trade zones. Some people stubbornly stuck to Gfay for a while, but they eventually gave in when customers stopped showing up.

Two spots if I recall in Gfay, kelethin bank platform and the spires.

Personally I like EC better. Quick to get to with a port, easy to get to with a walk. Evil banks nearby as well as good banks. Great crossroads.
