That one is probubly going to not show its face around these parts for a long long time. *ben kenobi voice*
The only place you would see that is during fullscreen mode.
I wish they made a floating inspect item window with it for the old days. (inspecting an item would flop your UI to fulls screen mode)
Funfact: our inspect window is custom as it is now, so perhaps the community will one day get to vote on keeping the custom
transparent inspect item window, or swapping to a custom
marble inspect item window with parchment on it like our spellbook window...
