Turks as people are OK to interact with, but as a group, they are fervently nationalistic to a fault and should be left to a new Iran, armed with nukes and F-22s, to be put down like the animals they are (IE, arming al qaeda death squads to murder Kurds in cold blood). How is Iran the problem in the Middle East? I don’t get American foreign policy in the Islamic world

Actually, REAL TALK, kicking turkey out of NATO and welcoming Iran into the “community of nations” would function as off shore balancing. Mutually assured destruction, short of nukes, would really be good for the Middle East. Bring on technological parity and let the games begin baby, Iran be balls deep in Mecca ASAP

I didn't mean they don't care, as in their well-being. I meant they can't be bothered to study or teach their histories and cultures. The rest of the world is inconsequential.
