http://wiki.project1999.com/Qeynos_Starting_Guide looks to still be a work in progress, but hopefully people will add stuff to it, and eventually it will have a "quest shopping list" like the other starting guides (eg. http://wiki.project1999.com/Halas_St..._Shopping_List)
