You're supposed to petition if someone is trying to take the camp you were already holding. you are not supposed to train them. You said already on the first page you didn't train, but you can clearly see the "aggro text" of the frog, who only do that on initial aggro. So you did train them.
I suggest you hire a qualified elf lawyer immediately. anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of elf law.
