Man, you are fucking retarded lol. No idiot, I have to pay for permits to hunt. Hunting permits fund wildlife conservation. Hunters care about what type of game is available so they don't overhunt for that purpose. No one wants to go out there and kill a baby deer. If you are killing a deer, you want an older buck for the value of meat and because it is an accomplishment of patience and accuracy.
