You might want to go to one of the other guides, click their edit link, and copy/paste their code though; that way you'll have a "template" to get started, and then you can just replace that city's stuff with Freeport stuff.
P.S. In my personal opinion the directions to turn in your newb note is probably the least valuable part of the guide, so if you want to skip anything initially I'd skip that. But if you have time I'm sure really new people will find that section useful, which is why it exists at all.
P.P.S. The new http://wiki.project1999.com/Template:Loc (the link tells you how to use it) is handy whenever you want to say "____ is here" in the guide. |
