You can play on Blue and Red at once, you and another human being can both play on Blue at once, etc. ... as long as there's never one human playing 2+ accounts on a server, you're golden (with or without an IP exemption BTW ... it's 100% legal to use a VPN while you wait for your exemption IF you follow the one human being rule).
Sharing accounts is discouraged by the staff, because they get to see what happens when it goes wrong (someone shares an account with someone they were sure they could trust but then ... bad stuff happens). They've seen that happen a ton, so they'll tell you not to share accounts ... but it's not explicitly banned, just a bad idea.
