Do you want suggestions for every mob? Or do you intend to add all of the well known NPCs to this already, such as dungeon specific nameds (lower guk, cazic thule etc.) as welll as outdoor zone spawns such as Quillmane, etc.?
Are you namely looking for formats you have not thought of -- or mobs and items that may slip under the radar that are worthy of note for a message?
