Against most content ranger were already at the point of diminished returns on mitigation with 200 defence.
My old parses in KC confirmed this.
What i expect is rangers to have significantly improved avoidance (as they lagged far behind the other tanks/monks on this previously).
The flipside of this is they will have a greatly reduced output from their damage shield.
I don't expect there will be an appreciable difference on top end stuff. Expect to still survive only 2-3 rounds vs AoW when weaponshield drops ��.
