They can, but that wouldn't be classic. Selling manastones was a thing you could do in 1999, so you should be able to do it on Green.
/list may not be literally classic, but it enables the all volunteer staff here to provide a classic environment ... without the (paid) GMs and (paid with free EQ time) guides that live EQ had.
