Default Function keys do not work
I have a cheap computer (Dell inspiron 14) laying around so I decided to see if I could put Project 99 on it and run it with WinEQ. I can but the function keys do not work. The machine has windows 10 on it. Any ideas on if I can get the function keys to work?
