I forget the exact fix but its something like go into the control panel and under keyboard devices there is one you have to delete or change it to.

[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Went to Device Manager/Keyboard Device and uninstalled the two Logitech drivers I found there. Left the 'HID Keyboard Device' only.
Re-booted and found there were three 'HID Keyboard Device' drivers but I have not deleted any of them. Loaded up EQ and both the ' and [ were back!
