I legit chuckled pretty hard at this. But @ OP - Unless you want to start your own guild there is 0 reason to pursue this item. Moreover, at this stage in the Blue server, there is even less of a reason for wanting/needing it. Binding melee at ToV helps I guess... but if you are wanting to be bound at ToV you have bigger problems (you're raiding and should reconsider how you are spending your free time). Any of the big guilds will bind you for free if you join them.
