A spot like this in Neriak makes me wonder if there are any other "obscure NPCs within city walls" worth hunting in a similar fashion...for instance, Erudin or Qeynos

Erudin guards are definitely a thing, or at least they were pre-Warrens when they were the only way to get Paineel faction. Not sure about Qeynos guards, but I can say that there are a bunch of other guards people hunt (Freeport, Halas, Felwithe, etc.), and they're all on ... the

Just scroll down a little to the "Filters" section and click "Guard" (in "Monster Type: Guard") to see only the spots where you're hunting "guards" of one sort or another.
