4. Killing Mistmoore monsters will allow you to gain some Ring of Scale and Bard faction. Ring of Scale just allows you to hang with Gorenaire while you watch people avoid her. It's fun but nothing crazy.

Just a small note here, there's also one dragon in Western Wastes that is on Ring of Scale faction. It's a nasty surprise if you've made sure your CoV faction is good, only to stumble on a dragon who is still very pissed off at you.
