It depends on your level, your bind wound skill, and what type of stringed instrument you have.
You can twist Niv's Melody of Preservation and Cantana of Replenishment to stack regen with a good loot is about 50hp regen per tic at level 60.
The question would be at what skill level does just cantana and bind wound beat it out.
