Everyone has a different body

Everyone responds differently to diets

Everyone responds differently to cardio or weightlifting

All you can do is customize a system that not only fits you, but fits your life and recovery time that is comfortable enough to stick with.

Consistency is everything with exercise and diet.

Currently on month 4 keto, its hard in the summer here in florida because you burn up electrolytes like nothing outside. My previous keto ended soon as the heat hit but this time i am trying to stick with it.
