No, they aren't, because they currently are hiding under auspices of a "platform". They aren't a platform, as they are clearly curate specific content, especially if insults their widdle lefty feewings. When they are finally purged of their bullshit status they will be sued out of existence or stop moderating anything not explicitly illegal under US law.
